A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all hardware and software returned to Newpoint Technologies prior to repair. The purpose of the RMA number is to provide effective tracking and control of returned hardware and software. Newpoint Technologies will not be responsible or accountable for hardware or software returned without proper authorization.

Shipping Charges:

The return of hardware and software returned to Newpoint Technologies for repair should be returned freight and insurance prepaid. Newpoint technologies will pay return shipping charges (standard ground service) on all warranty repairs; expedited service (i.e. UPS overnight) will be paid at customer expense. The return of non-warranty repair and/or materials will be shipped by a shipping carrier and service determined by the customer at the customer’s expense. For international orders, the Value Added Tax must be paid by the customer if applicable.

Receiving a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number:
