William (Randy) Witten Joins Newpoint as Vice President of Sales
Salem, New Hampshire USA, April 5, 2000 - Newpoint Technologies, Inc. --- Newpoint Technologies, Inc., the leader in the design and manufacture of software systems for satellite and terrestrial network management, has named William (Randy) Witten Vice President of Sales. In this role, Witten will oversee all domestic and international sales efforts for Newpoint, including Government, Broadcast, Telecommunications and Internet markets.
Randy has a comprehensive background in Satellite Communications Systems, Advanced Data Networking, ATM, WAN / LAN and Internet Consultative Services. His most recent position was Director of Government Services for Loral Skynet, where he was responsible for serving the federal market segment and resellers of satellite services. Prior to Loral, Witten held sales executive positions at Kinderhook Systems, MCI and AT&T.
Witten holds a BS in Information Systems / Communications from The American University in Washington, DC, and an Executive Masters in International Business from the University of Rhode Island.
