Salem, New Hampshire USA - Newpoint Technologies announced today that it has signed an agreement for Integral Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-ISYS) to acquire Newpoint Technologies, Inc. In an all-cash deal, the company will continue to operate independently as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integral Systems.
