The Compass Replicator manages the inter-facilty communications providing primary and backup communications and ensuring data delivery. All alarm and events are stored for future analysis and reporting, and the system includes a complete trending package. As new equipment or facilities are brought on-line, they can easily be added to the system by your engineering team using the flexible Wizards and graphical configuration tools built into the Compass software. When installed with the SAT Monics RF Carrier Management system, operators can quickly identify carriers affected by equipment failures and carrier alarms can be displayed in the Compass alarm log. Monics can also perform uplink power control based upon environmental conditions.
